Our Cuisine

We specialize in the beloved dishes of Central Asia and the Caucasus: lagman, pilaf, manty, chuchvara, kazan-kabob, shashlyk, dolma, and shurpa with lamb. Every meal is accompanied by traditional flat breads and samsa pastries, baked fresh and full of flavor.

End your meal with traditional Oriental sweets — pahlava, pistachio nuts, dried apricots — and a cup of aromatic tea, served the way it has been for generations.

We also offer Banquet service for private events and large-format Special Order dishes perfect for gatherings and celebrations. BYOB welcome.
